Eco Adventure

Events are generally team oriented and involve one or more sporting disciplines such as trekking, running, kayaking, swimming, mountain biking, fixed ropes, navigation and obstacle courses. While the physical aspect is a key component to their events, successful participation includes teamwork, strategy, planning and problem solving.
