Fundraising

Your team will be required to raise money through sponsorship, raffles, sales or any ingenious way your team can think of. Once the registration fee has been paid all additional monies will be distributed to charities through FEEL. The team who raises the most money will win a prize and that is the only competitive part of the event.
Each team is responsible for raising money above the initial entrance costs (which pays for the event management) before they take part in the challenge. The raising of money is a key part in the of the event as each team will need to work hard to come up with a strategy in order to win the prize for the highest contribution. On the day of the event each team will pledge the amount of money they expect to contribute through the various initiatives they have undertaken and the team who pledges the most money wins the trophy.

A good way to get a head start is to get your company to pay your entrance fee. That way anything you manage to raise goes directly into your charity pledge!

The event is held to:

  • Raise money for charities in Trinidad & Tobago
  • To promote networking among the energy sector companies
  • To challenge yourselves
  • To have some fun!

This is a challenging event that pushes people - physically, mentally and emotionally. It demands spirit, determination, energy and performance. All this helps to forge greater team spirit and also provides a strong sense of accomplishment and achievement.
